Easy “Cheezy” Kale Chips

Ingredients:

1 bunch kale

1/4-1/2 cup nutritional yeast (optional, but this is what makes it “cheezy” and delicious)

1 tbsp oil

sea salt and pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Tear kale and discard any large stems.  You want each piece to be a little larger than a regular potato chip (they will shrink when cooked).  Sprinkle with oil, nutritional yeast and salt and pepper.  Massage oil and seasonings into the kale with your hands.  (PS, for extra nutrients, think about how delicious the kale will be and how healthy it will be for your body while doing this.)

Spread out on a baking sheet and bake for 7-8 minutes, stir once and bake 3-4 more minutes or until crispy.

Enjoy!
